In cases the customer would want to remove their personal data and not sure how, we encourage them to call on our customer support and we will do the necessary action as per request.

We may obtain other information about you (customer/s) from other sources such as, email, social media, and websites, other companies or private individual, or from other forms of communications, personal recommendations, and so on. By signing in or filling up the form with your personal information and/or by uploading any content through our online system (registration forms, contact forms, etc) you agree that:

We, at Acabo CC, offer our online services – web development, graphic design, social media management, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), digital marketing, etc – acknowledged that we owned and produced our products and services to all interested individuals, companies, entities, organizations (private and public).
Some of our utility products (such as, but not limited to web hosting, email hosting, domain registration, website security certificates, servers and clouds, etc) are provided, managed and maintained by third party providers and/or business partners. But we offer our services directly to our clients (individuals or company).
Acabo CC has the right to refuse, discontinue the service/s in cases the customer/s is/are guilty of breaching our terms of services and privacy policy.
DATA SECURITY
While we strive hard to secure your data uploaded/transferred to our system in protection to our stipulated privacy policy, Acabo CC does not store all payment details such as banks and credit card information. Though we do use advanced security technology in all our system, there is always risk that involve in data transmission over the internet. Therefore, we warn/urge our customers to be vigilant when using online transactions.
All our payment transactions are done directly through the payment gateway using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, or personal bank transfer, wherein the data collected do not include the credit card details of the customers and those details will not be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties.
CUSTOMER RIGHTS
Customers of Acabo CC have the right to access their personal information stored in our system. In cases the customer cannot access their signed-up accounts, we encourage them to call our customer support or at any available time from Monday through Friday (GMT+8) , except national holidays.
CHANGES OF POLICY
Acabo CC has the right to change/revise/update the privacy policy, terms of services, disclosures, promotions, disclaimers, product information at any given time without prior notice to our customers. In this case however, we will notify all our customers the amendments/changes through email or post notice on our site homepage. Acabo CC and its employees, affiliates, suppliers, service providers and partners are harmless for any claims, losses, liabilities or expenses arising out of any breach of our terms of service and policies.
